Main parts of automobile air conditioning system
1. Compressor
The compressor is the heart of the air conditioning system and the power source for the circulation of refrigerant in the system. When the compressor works, it sucks the liquid refrigerant with low temperature and low pressure, and discharges the gaseous refrigerant with high temperature and high pressure from the exhaust end.
For example, the model of swashplate piston compressor is se-5h14
2. Condenser
The function of the condenser is to condense the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor to dissipate heat into the atmosphere, so as to condense the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant into low-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
For example, some automotive air conditioners use parallel flow condensers. Parallel flow condensers are relatively advanced condensers in structure and form at present, and their heat dissipation rate per unit volume is the highest. It is composed of cylindrical header, aluminum inner rib tube, corrugated heat dissipation fin and connecting tube. It is a new structure condenser specially developed for R134a air conditioning system.
3. Evaporator
The function of the evaporator is to evaporate and vaporize the mist refrigerant after throttling and pressure reduction in the evaporator, absorb the heat of the surrounding air, and then blow the cold air into the car room to achieve the purpose of cooling.
For example, some automotive air conditioning systems use segment evaporators, and their tubes are made of copper internally threaded tubes, which is mainly to form swirling flow when the refrigerant flows in the tubes for heat exchange. In addition, hydrophilic treatment is adopted on the surface of the evaporator to make the condensed water flow down the fins in a film shape, so as to reduce the evaporation air shade, increase the air volume, reduce the power consumption, reduce the noise and increase the cooling capacity.
4. Throttle expansion valve
For example, some automotive air conditioning systems use the H-type expansion valve with the model of 55036189 and the capacity of 15t of Eaton company of the United States. H-type expansion valve is an integral expansion valve, which is named because its internal path is the same as H. It cancels the external balance pipe and temperature sensing bag of the external balance expansion valve and is directly connected with the inlet and outlet of the evaporator. Since the expansion valve has no external balance pipe and temperature sensing bag, it can avoid the normal operation of the expansion valve due to the loosening of the temperature sensing bag caused by vehicle bumps and vibration, so as to improve the vibration resistance and reliability of the expansion valve.
5. Receiver dryer
Since the supply of refrigerant is greater than the demand of evaporator when the automobile air conditioner works normally, the liquid refrigerant on the high-pressure side must have a certain storage capacity. The receiver dryer is used to temporarily store the liquid refrigerant, dry and filter it. The receiver dryer is equipped with liquid sight glass and high and low pressure protection devices.
6. Connecting pipe
The components of automobile air conditioner are generally installed in various parts of the automobile. When the automobile runs at high speed on the bumpy road, all components will produce vibration, so rigid connection cannot be adopted between the components of the refrigeration system. The hose joint of automobile air conditioner is sealed with rubber sealing ring, and the sealing ring installed on the matching seat is pressed by the groove on the joint to ensure no leakage.
